I'm due to visit my doctor next week to discuss the possibility of having one fitted, has anyone else had one? And what am I to expect on my first vist to see my GP. Any advice would be greatful,

I am week 12 and lost 64 lb
I started Slim Fast before that and have lost an additional 22lb

I lost 6 stones with SW about 5 years ago and i put 9 stones back on.

As oi have suffered my whole life from obesity and tried every diet there is. Rosemary, WW, SW, Atkins, Slimfast.

CD is the only diet i have NEVER EVER in 12 weeks felt hungry doing, it really suits me and i was due for my 2nd appt for gastric banding which i really deep down did not want as i had read so many times of people regaining the weight.
For a healthy attitude towards losing weight and keeping it off forever i have had to overcome so many issues with myself first.
For the first time in my life i have been able to stick to Cambridge 100% and it suits me.

I am soo happy to share my good news so far with you.
Having the right psychological attitue towards yourself and the weight comes off.
Losing weight for me as i am now and KNOWING i will stick to the 6 plans shall open up a new world for me
I was 27 stones 9lb, 5'9" height
I am now 20 stones 13lb today after 12 weeks

I know i am vulnerable on here to all the negative comments and ignorance about the CD but hey ho! what do they know!

The first visit was with the consultants assistant after i had been to the GP and he referred me. I got an appt within 6 weeks at the hospital. The 2nd appt was actually with the surgeon and i did not go.
