This morning I woke and had really bad period type pains though am half way through monthly cycle. DH had left for work &2DSs in bed. I went into bathroom and next thing I knew I was on the floor, with bleeding lip &nose & bruised jaw. I got up and then fainted again. Cramps had gone. The point is what the hell was that?!? I didn't bother going to docs. Never happened before. Despite looking like I've been in a pub brawl I'm ok now.
Anyone help?
