My dh has them quite severely in his nose and sinuses.

He's had 3 ops now. Two just to clear the polyps (but still 6 hour op!) and the 3rd one to straighten his nose and hollow out his sinus cavities to make them larger. He'll probably have a 4th op to clear them again and also to knock the sinus cavities in his forehead into one larger cavity. Now it's all about maximising the time between ops, particularly as he has a problem with his blood clotting and they had to stop the 2nd op early due to this!

He's on steroids intermittently, antib's when needed (regularly!) and nasal drops.

Also uses a Neilmed Sinus Rinse. If you don't have one, get one!! His consultant is one of the best ENT's in Europe (we struck lucky) and recommends all his patients use them.
