rescue night spray?

hi
has anybody used dr bachs rescue night spray to help aid sleep? the whole family can use it just wondered if it was any good as my DD1 aged 6 years doesnt sleep well at all

My mum has used it and didnt find a real difference - we use the drops that you put on your tongue - seem to help DD settle when she can't otherwise get to sleep
