Just started using mine and I love it, should have gotten one years ago..!

How often do you replace yours though? I have a DivaCup which is American, and the leaflet says replace every year... not as economical as I thought!

Every year? That seems a bit excessive.
Most Mooncup manufacturers say they last 10 years.
Certainly, I used my first one for 7 years, until I had my first child, and it was fine.
I only actually replaced it to get the different size after giving birth.

Cool, thanks Ruth! I have 3 kids so won't be changing size! How would you know if you wore it out though?

I honestly don't know.
After 7 years I didn't notice any significant change in my cup.
I still used it as I had in the beginning.
I sterilise my cup by boiling it in water for 15 minutes once a month between periods. (I usually do that at the start of my period immediately before using it) That helps me to stay confident that it is clean and safe to use.
I suppose when I finally wear one out, I'll probably see that I have.
