Occasional Periods while menopausal (TMI alert!!_

I also posted this in Menopause!

I am prematurely menopausal at age 39 and have had 2 periods in the last year - the most recent one started this morning 5 months after the last one.

I'm passing huge clots, like the size of a plum, my mooncup is overflowing (before the menopause started I emptied it 3 times a day - I'm having to do it hourly at the moment!!)

Does anyone have any advice. I had traxenamic acid to take for heavy periods prior to the menopause and have taken that, but I'm not seeing much difference. The blood I am passing now doesn't look "period" like, but much more bright red.

I'm going to be OK, aren't I? My dh is a doctor but is in surgery so I can't reach him right now!!

The clots are getting bigger - I have passed 2 which are small-apple sized!!

I still can't get my dh.

Do I need to call a doctor - I'm quite worried!!
