IMMUNISATIONS

Hi

I have just realised that my daughter may need to have some more immunisatons. She has just turned 4. She has had all the standedrd immunisations including the MMR and tetanus up to 1 year old. In my little red book for her it says that she needs to have Diptheria, Tetnus,Polio and 2nd MMR at 3. We are not in the Uk anymore so I havn't had anyone to remind me. I am only a little concerned about the 2nd MMR. I am sure I heard that it's not completley necessary. So who's up on these things out there, any advice?

Thanks

I am also not in UK but DS (4) has just had his boosters. DTaP and MMR. No reaction to either - refuses to remove the special "tatoo" plasters he was given afterwards.

From what I read MMR booster is necessary - and as my Mum contracted Rubella when I was 4 and she was pregnant I feel strongly about this - she had a little girl with severe abnormalities who died after 10 hours.

Need these to boose immunity prior to school.
MMR are all terrible diseases that can be conrolled if injections are given.
