I haven't been on mumsnet for a while... holidays etc. But often think of you. Did you get your hands on herceptin (sorry sp)?

hi dolally, thanks for asking.. i havent actually got my hands on herceptin yet, but should be doing so in november. i m currently having a different chemo drug called taxotere which is tough at times, but i still have a bit of hair thanks to the cold cap , and am doing ok ! hope you and anyone else who was in touch before are all well.

Good to hear from you Waily, can't beleive it's a week since you posted. I can hardly get a moment to myself on the computer without nosy kids peering over my shoulder. Still back to school soon.

Expect you're pleased about the herceptin, do you finish this chemo then have a break and then have another few sessions? God they're really putting you thru it but still worth it in the end. Keep chin up and everything... with much much love..
