sore elbow

on the inside of the elbow as it feels the elbow bone is bruised but when i look there is no bruise

it came on a couple weeks ago but cannot hold the tin opener very tight as it hurt my elbow

anyone know what it is?

It could be tendinitis or bursitis, inflammation of the soft tissues inside your elbow. It won't be tennis elbow (that affects the outside bit rather than the inside). Take some pain killers and if it's no better in a couple of days, go and see your GP.

what is the best anti flammentary tabs from over the counter to take as docs told me to take them?

Something containing ibruprofen I should think - ask the pharmacist to recommned one.
