I am really suffering here

I have tennis elbow in both elbows. It's a really sharp pain that runs through each elbow joint ...

Is there a cure ... it's really hampering my life at the moment ... and it's SO sore
What can I do to alleviate the pain ?

Thanks

H had it in his youth. Had a cortisone injection. He's mowing at the mo, I'll ask. Both elbows sounds a bit unusual.

Shes saying dont overgrip things, rest as much as possible.
Take note of how much your gripping things and take antiinflamitrys, eat before you take them she says...

He rather stupidly asked if you'd seen a doctor.

My Mum had this, she too had the cortisone injections, think it is quite a painful injection. Its not a total cure and can wear off, mum has had 2 injections, and so far she seems to be OK

i have tennis elbow in both elbows & also golf elbow, which is same pain but in other side of elbow,i have had injections quite a few times over the years they are really painful while you are having them, but the relief after is amasing.i find i suffer the most in winter,i have had physo which helped, they told me to put ice packs on,then hot water bottles that really helped.also they gave me exercises to do,like lifting tins up & down a few times a day, sounds a bit mad but it works for me.
