Why has my period stopped?

My period has stopped. I am DEFINITELY not pregnant, I am also in my early 30's, so not sure it's menopause.

Am otherwise healthy, just wondering what's going on.

Any tablets? I missed 3 periods when I started on immuno-suppressents.

are you on the slim side.....have you lost weight recently......
if so, please gain some weight......
are you stressed?...that can also be a cause.
Ensure you eat lots of calcium rich foods....your bones are at risk of calcium depletion while you are not menstruating, which aids the silent old age killer; osteoporosis

my periods stopped for a year - combined result of PCOS and thyroid problem - only discovered after blood tests from GP. I would advise you to go to your GP and get tests, it could just be one of the joys of womanhood, but it's worth ruling anything else out. Good luck.

Thanks for your messages. Definitely not underweight, probably slightly overweight, but nothing major.

Not on any medication, but mildly stressed.

Making appointment with GP, I feel terrified about this.
