Can anyone recommend a good dentist in Nottingham?

Preferably on a public transport route! But just desperately seeking good NHS or NHS-and-private dentist surgery. Grateful for any advice!

There's a chain over in Stapleford/Bramcote that have taken over the practice at the walk-in, and also have one further down the road round the corner from Bramcote leisure centre that I go to - they're pretty decent (and taking on NHS patients!). Rainbow 4 stops outside that one if it's any use for you.

Thanks emptyshell will check them out. Do you mean the practice at the walk-in centre off London Road? Thanks!

The one I'm at is Hillside on Derby Road (not the private one - the other one) - but the same group look like they've just taken over the dental suite in Stapleford Walk In/Health/Everything Centre opposite the library.

Think Hillside are still taking on NHS patients as well though - they had the banner out front still when I went past a couple of days ago and they've been pretty good with me having raging dentistphobia.

Cripps dental practice at Nottingham University - just over the road from the QMC is great and I think still takes NHS patients. We have been with them since 1994.

(read that as 1944 - chuckle) Thanks Vulture, will also do some googling on that one.

I used Oasis Dental Care, Regent Street, Long Eaten when I lived in Nottingham (quite a few years ago now) - went on NHS, they were great!
