Get me any where in persuading hospital to do. Laparoscopy to see what is blocking my Fallopian tube? I'm paranoid they won't offer help as I'm forty two.

Probably best to ask them for the laparoscopy and wait until they refuse before citing the guidelines. If you come across as pushy from the outset you might make them a bit nervous...

I didnt' have to flash the guidelines, but I did have to persuade them. I'm on the waiting list.
