Anyone tried nettle tea, mentioned during a conversation as a brilliant way of detoxing your body but just wondered if anyone had tried it?

It's actually quite palatable I thought. Not sure about it's detoxing qualities though...........I'm afraid I'm quite Hmm about detoxing as a concept!

IMO you need more nettle than is in a teabag. I take a supplement sometimes and it speeds up my metabolism.

Is the supplement just called Nettle? or is there a fancy name on it?

Well desire I live in france a lot and get it here but in a good health food shop you can get either the root or leaf (the root is for males). H&B probably do it. The name is nettle in England Smile

It's a duiretic, a natural antihistamine and makes your hair
and nails all shiny and healthy.
