Namechanged for the this but wondered if anyone could help or knows what might be causing this, over the past 2 days I have been passing mucousy clear/light mucous whenever I erm, have a bowel movement or pass wind, I have had some mildly uncomfortable stomach cramps.
Then this morning before work I thought I was passing wind (luckily in my own kitchen before anyone else was up!) but about 3 tablespoons of very clear watery mucous came out 
I've been anxious and uncomfortable all day at work and am a bit worried tbh...
