Anyone been sterilised via Essure method?

Considering this for after DC3 arrives -- anyone here had it done and have feedback on how it was for them? How much does it cost privately (I know it's not available on the NHS in most areas)?

I would be very interested too, sorry to hijack. I emailed them for info and got a fast efficient reply. But I would want to hear other people's experiences before I went ahead. Apparently it is pretty much 100%. I am just wondering whether it is OK for childless women as they have to go through the cervix??
