I have had this in the past, as I think most people have, but this time I only have the painful itching on the big toe half of my right foot without any sign of redness or flaky skin or anything. Does anybody else have any experience of this and what can I do about it? Lamisil, which usually helps after applying a few times is not very useful at all.
