You need to get help! its not healthy and you need to stay wel for your baby hun, dont get me wrong i have been through this as a teenager and whe you do eventually want to eat its so hard, please talk to someone.

It sounds to me as if you are heading for an eating disorder - if not anorexia, then something close to it.

Not eating is not going to help you lose weight. Your body will think it's starving, your metabolism will slow down, and your body will hold on to every last calorie it can. Eating sensibly is the only way to lose weight, but I suspect that you already know that. You also already know that pretending to eat is not sensible.

Please try and stop this before it turns into something really nasty that you can't control. If you have already lost control of it, then please see your GP.

Try and have something healthy to eat - an apple, if you don't fancy anything heavier. If you can't eat without it making you feel sick then you really do need to get some help.

If you can't face seeing your GP, the Eating Disorders Association are very helpful and may be able to give you some support.

Please get help.
