Sore boobs, any idea's?

Well thats it really, its like the tenderness you get with a period, but I have halfway through my period and its never happened to me before. It has been like this for 2 days now, I was fine about it, mentioned it to my sister who started me worrying telling me to see the doctor asap, with no history of breast cancer in the family, I was going to wait a few days and see what happens. Does anyone else get this. Do you think its ok to wait.

Hi, yes this is exactly what it feels like, bit I did not word it right, I meant I am in between periods, and not halfway through it. Sorry

I get sore boobs about 10 days before my period and it eases off as period begins.

i have really sore boobs atm, period due in 4-5 days, been sore for about 4 days. but i am TTC. they feel like they are bruised all over and it actually helps to take my bra off.

Thanks for all replies, I came on today, was not due for a while, but at least it has answered my question.

Quite a relief to read these messages, as have tender boobs with period for the first time ever. When DD 10 months is wriggling about on lap and bangs against them, they are agony!
