Please help!What can stop my nose running?

I suffer from rhinitis, and my nose usually does run every morning when I wake up, but today I think I must have a cold as well, because it's drip, drip dripping, like a tap has been turned on. It's not funny. What will stop it?

I've had hey fever tablets, and they don't seem to have done anything. Will try Lemsip.

Try giving up dairy;I always get the runny everything symptoms as soon as i eat it 'cos I generally don't! Oh and a good night's sleep helps too.
