9 week old baby with cold

my nine week old daughter has a cold. Any suggestions as shes really blocked up?

That Nuk snot sucker thing? Snuffle babe on chest?

put a cushion or rolled up blanket under the top of her mattress so i lies at an angle, so shes not lying flat, to help stop her getting stuffed up.

put a bowl of water under the radiator, or on top of it so the bedroom gets some humidity, or as i did, put a wet flannel over a hot radiator at night, with a little vicks or karvol smeared on it (although its difficult at this time of year when you dont usually have the heating on!)

osr put some karvol on a handkerchief and tie it to her cotside

it is difficult when they are so young and you cant use calpol etc

Will take a trip to boots to get the nuk snot sucker. Did ask in boots and was told nothing was suitable as she was under 3 months. Will have a look at the plug in also. Many Thanks

not a lot you can do, but do try nuk snot sucker thing, and tilting bed (tins under feet of cot at head end). They do get over them pretty quick though.
