So, our 1,000,000,000 and who knows what thread!

All diet and exercise plans welcome, let's support each other and talk about sex healthy eating!

So, to recap, I'm LV, and so far I've lost approx 6lbs with many more to go

hope he is ok now bella, sounds like a biccie is very much needed in them types of situations

Can i say - your chicken pepperonata has gone down very very well Junior polished hers off before i even sat down for mine, and even mini ate more than i thought she would (not a big fan of peppers, so she tells me - so had to pretend they were yellow, red and green carrots) I used diced chicken, as chicken thighs hadnt defrosted properly - and added mushrooms especially for mini. Many thanks for your recipe - junior has announced it is her absolute fave well since we had el paso chicken

I think they're just not used to me cooking

Folks - where can i get a cheapo portable dvd player? I was thinking of getting one for the train journey next week but dont want to spend a fortune. I have now realised though, that junior will be taking her laptop - so i could take mine i suppose for mini - but am worried that will look a bit daft! And is more to carry I just want to try and keep her occupied on a long long train journey

Hello.

do you recognize my name shiney? - I'm the boring irritating one.

Defluff, you must tell me in graphic detail about your lumpy fanjo - I still have a fair bit to lose and could do with being put off my dinner.

Jet, tesco do quite cheapy DVD players - I think they have some good offers on atm.

TrillianAstra · 21/07/2010 17:39

When was the last time you did some healthy eating Shiney?

I am dirnking water - does that count? Had about a gallon of tea though.

TotalChaos · 21/07/2010 17:43

  1. Vinny's work colleagues are tits. Lizzy and Crunchy are on holiday. Fanny has a new library job. Mousey wants to kill her builders. Saf is starting voluntary work. Yank hasn't posted much of late, but sounds to be on the up after a tough few months. Jaq aced her exams and is getting back healthy eating, walking etc. Jet is busy with decorating and sorting out educational stuff for junior.
  1. Lollipop I think posted on this thread back in the olden days before I did.
  1. I go with the flow - am happy to chat food/cock/life/gross gynae stuff whatever.

BitterAndTwistedChoreDodger · 21/07/2010 17:46

Is Pesto safe to eat? If Fluffy has fanjopaste the colour of pesto I'm pretty sure she would be hospitalised.

bellavita · 21/07/2010 17:46

I have eaten..

Fat free yoghurt with grated apple, handful of porridge oats and some raisins in.

Some of my graze box

a banana

a biscuit

about 6 cups of coffee and now I am going to have

pork chops and salad (no new baby pots for me)

BitterAndTwistedChoreDodger · 21/07/2010 17:47

I am yet to eat today, think I'll give the DC pasta and pesto and grab something later.

I have drank several gallons of water and tea though.
