Is there anyone out there who has a child who has encopresis (soiling over age 4).
If so - have you tried or been successful in getting "Attendence Allowance"?
I have a child on my books who is school age (6)and still soiling - he's under the hospital who are helping but I think his Mum and Dad are finding things tough financially and with all the extra washing and extra clothes he needs I wonder if the DSS would look favourably on an application for support. His Dad works full-time but they have two other children and a mortgage so it's hard.
Can anyone advise?
