bleeding after smear test

Went for routine smear test today and have noticed some bleeding I've had many smear tests but never had bleeding is it normal.

I bleed nearly every time I have one. I wouldn't worry about it unless it seems to be going on for longer than a couple of days. It's usually only an issue if you bleed during the smear and it "contaminates" the sample (they'll call you back if that happens).
