how long after finishing anti biotics can i have wine?

does finishing at lunchtime (metronidazoie= def def def not allowed alcohol with it as it makes you vomit) mean i can have wine with/ after my meal tonight?

it has now been well over 48 hours so i reckon some with evening meal tonight should be ok! will report back!
