dandruff question

Has anyone actually ever found a shampoo to get rid of them? I have now used so many different things without success am in despair!

Also, can diet influence it? I am clutching at straws here and hoping someone will come and say that a couple of toasts with Nutella in the morning would help greatly

T-gel - the brown coloured shampoo containing coal tar......expensive but works.

T gel here too. Never switched, can't use anything else.

Do you have dry flaky skin? Fish oils might help. Some people have dandruff due to a lack of essential oils, the same ones used for kids brains. (Sometimes when a kid takes them for behavioural/thinking issues, it is then spotted that their dandruff clears up.)

Fish oil? (what hapened to the Nutella I was dreaming about?)

Will give it a go!

Both DD1 and myself have dandruff her is dry flaky skin mine is not really dry.
