According to the shadow education secretary interviewed yesterday, having a form to say what gender you are (regardless of surgery or hormone treatment) will be enough to allow you to use women-only spaces.
She doesn't think it matters whether transwomen have had surgery or not.
They can simply complete a form which says they are a woman.
And then they can use the Ladies' loos and other safe spaces.
She goes on to say 'we shouldn't police the use of toilets.'
In The Times today- the full interview.
