Political placards in front gardens

Are there rules surrounding political signs in front gardens in England? How big can they be? How many can you have at each address etc? What are the rules? Can anyone point me to the rules?

Supporters of the Reform candidate are going in heavy on signs. The house next door has three signs. It isn't flats.

The Rules referred to above specifically exclude

Advertisements relating specifically to a pending Parliamentary, European Parliamentary, or local government election or a referendum. These advertisements must not be displayed more than 14 days after the close of the poll.

Would you be bothered if it was a party other than Reform that you’ve seen the placards for?

Someone I know is a reform supporter offered us his car when ours broke down. We'd met briefly twice.

Why would a complete twat say just take my car to almost complete stranger? What other values might that suggest they have?

I concede that it's possible that they might just be exceedingly stupid and incapable of any rational analysis of what they're voting for.
