How involved is the Blair Institute in the Labour campaign?

Personally, I think very involved but you read different things in different places.

Starmer’s campaign is looking more and more like Blair’s first campaign from what I remember of it: the promises of not rocking the boat, the false modesty, the deliberate lack of any radical policy etc

Apparently there is an open line between Starmer and Blair and many of his policies (education, for instance) seem to bear a very close resemblance to papers put out by the Blair Institute.

Much as I don’t want the Tories back, it gives me a queasy feeling that there will be a very powerful eminence grise behind Starmer, backed by a multi-million pound institution, with millionaire backers.
