Ancestry.com or Ancestry.co.uk is a good one to start with and then you can upload your DNA results to other sites if you want too extend the search.

As mentioned by the PP, Ancestry is a good place to start.

There are some websites (like Ancestry and also 23andme) that insist that you purchase a dna test from themselves and don't accept tests from other companies.

They often run promotions and price deals so you can get them cheaper. I've just checked and Ancestry has an offer at the moment, £54 instead of the normal £79

There are other websites like MyHeritage, Family Tree DNA and GEDmatch which will accept dna results from other companies like Ancestry or 23andme.

I would suggest that Ancestry is probably a good place to start. Once you've explored all the relatives that you come across there, you can then upload that same test without having to do another one to the other sites like MyHeritage etc.
