Viewing trees on Ancestry

I can’t find a contact email to get in touch with Ancestry so I thought I’d ask here. If anyone has an Ancestry account are they having a problem viewing their family tree? I’m getting the following message:-
“We're sorry but this feature is temporarily unavailable. We apologise for the inconvenience and ask for your patience at this time. Check back with us shortly.” But this has been for a couple of weeks now. Is it website wide or just me?

When I get that it usually just lasts for a few seconds. If you just refresh the page then it should work ok.

Or do you mean that you can't access anything at all? If so then there may be a problem with your account?

Thanks, just me then 😞. It’s just my trees. I can get everything else, can see my gallery, I’m getting hints and emails, I’m just getting that message when I try to access my trees. I’ve tried refreshing so will now switch off and on again!

I’ve downloaded the app and can view my tree on there but it’s still not visible on the website on my iPad no matter which browser I use. I can view it on the website on my phone so perhaps my iPad is too old (or I am) or needs an update. At least I can get back to my Ancestors now!
