I'm trying to trace someone

Her name was Kate Bennett (or Bennet maybe?) and her father was a councillor somewhere in the Oldham region in the 70's, I don't know which party. She had a younger biological brother called Matthew and I believe later on an adopted brother who was younger still. I think she's probably around 60 now. If anyone has any clues please pass them on to me!

Sorry, that was a bit disjointed. I was cooking at the same time. She married a man with an Italian name and the initials MB. Google her full birth name and you will find both of them. Looks like they're research scientists.
