Can anyone help? Adoption/birth certificate GRO number needed

Hi there,

To apply for my kids passport I need my adoption certificate and to get that I need the GRO reference. But I can’t work out how to get it. I’ve got the original which has some numbers on but they don’t seem to tally. I’m a bit confused! Thanks!

You need to ring the gro as you can't apply for it online.
