Hi!
Trying to get hold of my German grandfathers Prisoner of war records from the Red Cross. The online form opens at 8:00 GMT+1. Does this mean it opens at 7:00 British time?! Or at 8:00 British time 
I've got myself all confused!

Germany is 1 hour ahead of the UK. So 8am in Germany, 7am here.
