How do I order a Naturalisation Certificate from the GRO office please ?
I can't see anything re Naturalisation Certificates on the website. I am searching for dh's great great great grandfather
It was late 1800s, and I have the cert number and exact year but nowhere to enter it to apply Shock
It has not been digitalised and I know I won't be visiting Kew anytime soon, sadly, because of Covid. Sad
Thank you

Are you sure it's held at the GRO? They generally just do births, marriages and deaths, along with related things like adoptions or stillbirths.

Seems to suggest they are available on Ancestry, scroll down to Section 8, or you can order online from the National Archives. I have an Ancestry subscription and am happy to look for you if you want me to look.
