Help needed please.
I am trying to set up an account with familysearch.org which Ancestry often leads me to.
Unfortunately every time I try to create a password it states that "the password cannot be the first name".
But it's not - my password is not a first name or a surname. Has anyone else had this problem ?
What am i doing wrong ? Mypassword isn't a name at all.
