Depends timescale you need. Whilst originals can't be viewed online, many transcripts of BMD's can, at a cost.

Sites such as Emerald Ancestors, Ulster Historical Foundation and RootsIreland can all be looked at to see if they meet your needs.

Remember, until the 1920s, the nowadays Norther Ireland counties still fell under Ireland.

1901 and 1911 Ireland Census are available to view free online at: www.census.nationalarchives.ie/

Forgot to add, again, depending on timescale/location, the Ireland Civil Registration Index can be searched for free at:
