And me. I have an iPhone 3gs and a 32gb iPod touch to sell in order to fund a new one!

I'm very very tempted, my iPhone 3G is out of contract in early July.

I got an HTC instead last time and stupidly signed up to a 2 yr contract so I'm waiting til Jan to get a new phone and this is what I'll get.

I'm just worried about the screen, my DS has an ipod touch and broke the screen 2 days after getting it.

ooh, does look good. I am going to stick with my 3GS for the moment and upgrade the software to OS4. I haven't even had it a year yet.

The thing I am most excited about is folders - I am so pathetic but I already use AppBulter to create folders of different categories of apps. But real folders - even better!

Dollytwat - which HTC do you have. I'm thinking of getting the Desire instead of an iphone.

I hope the camera is really a decentish one.

Just marking my place as I am trying to decide between an iphone or a HTC Desire - interested to see peoples opinions.

I'm definitely in. My little treat to myself is to upgrade my iPhone every year. Besides, DH has broken the screen on his one and so he's waiting in line for my 3Gs

mine's the HTC Touch HD so not a shiney new one. I've been pleased with it but there just aren't the apps for it like the iphone.

I heard a rumour that a lot of mobile companies are going to offer free upgrades for contracts that are ending within 12 months. No idea if its true.

when is it out? I have been itching to get an iphone but been patient and waiting for this one Nearly gave in and bought a HTC desire or tattoo, but I have made it with my crappy £14.99 nokia

I also have an iTouch, so have experienced apps form the apple side.

I would say that appsare an issue, although I think the biggest problem android have is no proper store like Appstore. It is very hard to find the ones you are looking for.

I have found a decent selection - although not as many kids pps, but then they can just use my ipod.

mostother apps I have been able to either replicate or replace (the ones I actually use, rather than the ones I play around with!)
