mobile phone to ring longer?

just got a nice shiny new phone (LG Cookie!) but how on earth do you get it to ring longer before it goes to voicemail?? I'm not that fast!!!!

have googles the prob... and a hopeful solution was posted... but didn't work for me...

anyway... anyone out there know ???

Dh had to get in touch with his network provider{vodafone}and they managed to sort it out,they gave him a code to enter into the phone I think.
