I got a brand spanking new iPhone yesterday and it's woking fine except it won't sync on iTunes.
I connect it to my laptop and it makes all the noises to say its connected etc. iTunes starts up and Auto Play comes up to import pictures onto my laptop.
Then Windows brings a window up that says:-
'Sync Server has stopped working
A problem caused the program to stop working correctly. Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available.'
Then iTunes brings a window up saying:-
'itunes was unable to load provider data from sync services. Reconnect or try later.'
My iphone does appear on the left side as it should but i can't click on it or do anything with it.
I've uninstalled and reinstalled itunes twice but it still won't work.
I'm going to ring Apple tomorrow if ds2 will let me but thought i'd try on here first
