iPhone screen gone weird giant - how do I get it normal again?

Stupidly let ds play with my phone. He's somehow made the size of everything bigger than normal. When you switch bwn apps it shrinks momentarily to normal size then zooms out. I've had an iPhone for over 2 years and never experienced this. Now I can't send an sms (bottom of message & keyboard don't fit on screen) can't do hardly anything. grr.

tried double tapping, switching phone off, rummaged in setting.

Any ideas? Ta.
