I have a Samsung touch screen ph all good but began to switch off when ans an incoming call sent back and it was repaired as a software prob now went to use it again but have new Laptop so used the cd and then tried to connect ph to laptop but the program will not connect to ph Am I doing someting wrong or being stupid [Any advice before I make a fool of myself complaining again] Really p!ssed as love ph and it is only 6 months old Sorry have not got a clue re technology
