I run a website for my kids' swimming club - one of the features we had was a forum where parents could offer lifts to galas etc - I'd got it free through youforum.co.uk but that appears to have gone belly-up and our forum has disappeared

Can anyone recommend a good, stable, free forum hosting service please?

Does the website hosting service not offer any Forum (rather than having to link to some separate one) ?

I've seen forum software included on webhosting where the host control panel software is called cPanel and add-ons are under a separate package called Fantastico

Similarly there are add-ons for DirectAdmin (Installatron) and probably for the other popular control panel packages (Plesk, Ensim, to name a couple).

Depending on what your current webhosting costs, it might be worth considering a switch to hosting that includes forum software.

Good luck.
