I'm working on creating a new database using Access 2003 and am a bit rusty as I haven't created a database from scratch for a few years

Can anyone recommend any books that might help me?

Last time I was with a client who had some (moderately recent) version of Access there were example databases available which seemed quite well structured.

It has been a while since I used it "in anger" and when I was working with it I got big headaches (as did Microsoft, when I explained that I would be working with upwards of a million records - this was over 10 years ago, and we used a new PC with a couple of 500 MB drives in it - I was paying the firm for it to be mine after a year but was the most powerful in the office at the time).

I will have a look around to see what's about online - I know I've a book about Access v2 which is, of course, very dated now!
