Can anyone help me please?

DS'1 keeps getting errors due to the settings being set to strict of something like that.

I need to change my router settings apparently. Can anyone help me with exactly what I need to do please?

Dh says UPNP needs to be enabled on your router. You'll need to do it using your computer.

google your router model to find the IP address for your router. (e.g. I have an o2 II router and the IP adress is 192.168.1.254/) Type that into the url bar at the top of your internet browser and it should take you to your router homepage. (apologies if you already know this)

It should have a settings file somewhere and you can change it there.

Can't really be more specific because it differs depending on the router.

Twas the googling stage that I had missed. I wondered if i was supposed to have the url of my router written down somewhere

Possibly on any documents you got with the router.
