Moving Itunes Library from old PC to new laptop

Getting new laptop for christmas.
How do I move Itunes library containing over 150 albums from old laptop, Windows Vista to shiny new laptop, Windows 7?

oy vey. If anyone can answer this, I'd love to know - particularly as my iphone is connected to the old one, which has filled the hard drive of the old laptop.
