Google keyword analyzer - does anyone know if it often goes down I seem to have trouble getting in?

I am doing some keyword ad's campaign work for clients and need to use google keyword analyzer.

I regularly click on the link or go to the website and get a blank page loaded.

Does anyone know if this is a regular problem with it (only just started doing the work in the last 2 weeks) or whether I am doing something wrong. It is very annoying when I have a deadline to meet and would just like to get my excuses ready be able to give a valid reason to the client.

Have you tried to use different browsers - in case something (like javascript) is accidentally turned off and leaving page blank?

Also be aware that while Internet Explorer seems to accept bad HTML (used to, perhaps less so now) such pages can be shown as blanks with Firefox/ Netscape as they are/were stricter on HTML code

(I once saw a front page of a company website which had a navigation menu which was invisible unless using MS IE because of poor HTML code but it was at a time when MS IE had 90+% of the browser share, while Opera and others were only used by a minority, so staff at the firm probably never knew site was 'broken').
