DS pressed something to start "dell media direct" installing and its frozen

Help!

I've googled and it seems to be something to do with not having partitions, but I have no idea how to fix it

I've tried turning off and on and it just brings up the holding page again saying it is building my media direct files, but it never gets past that.

for laptop and @ DS

so DH turned it off and on and it works....
