Problems with a @virgin.net email account.....how do I get help?

My mum has an email account we have lost the password
When we go through on line troubleshooting we can change the main accountholders password but we can't change the subsidary account holders password

How do we get help with this m dad is even prepared to pay the £1 a minute helplines if only we could find one

Don't use virgin.net, but here it says "If you're trying to find the password for one of your sub-accounts, log on to My Virgin Media" so there ought to be a way
