Scanned 18 page document as lots of PDF files as opposed to one

Does anyone know how if there's a way of amalgamating these 18 files into one?
Or, do I have to rescan the lot and tell Epson scan that I want to add documents?

quick google gave me this. seems to have a limitation only 10 files at a time (so do the first 10 to a new output file and then re-run with that and the next 8.

or you could use this. i have used this and works well but maybe more techy solution

Thanks MrCSWS - I've actually resigned myself (or DH really) to rescan the lot!

Another PDF Merge (also does split) utility - PDFSaM (OpenSource)

Puzzled - why run the risk of getting another set of 18 files, if these merge options might do the trick?
